The College Board is sending an information packet on top colleges to anyone scoring in the top 15% of SAT test takers. This could potentially change the entire perspective of a low-income college student's decisions to apply to college. By giving these students information about financial aid and the college application process straight to their hands, low-income high school students will be opened up to the opportunity to consider colleges that they once thought were out of their reach.
